Basic House Cleaning

This is a standard clean-up of your home that usually consist of general tasks. The tasks most often performed are simple jobs, such as light dusting, cleaning counters and floors, and bathrooms. Think of these tasks as the ones that are performed several times a month to keep your home tidy.

Spring / Deep Cleaning

Deep or spring cleaning is more in-depth than a basic one . Although usually referred to as spring cleaning due to the popularity of this cleaning service as the seasons change, a deep cleaning can happen at any time. Many homeowners time these to take place before having family in for the holidays. A deep clean take longer and is more intense, involving scrubbing floors and toilets, polishing wooden surfaces, and getting to those hard-to-reach places like behind kitchen appliances. These are the tasks usually performed once or twice a year. However, you can schedule a whole deep clean or specific task at any time they are needed.

Move-in / Move-out Cleaning

Move-in/move-out services prepare a home for the next homeowner. If you are moving into a new home or out of one, you can request this specialized service. Like a deep clean in many ways, this kind of clean covers the entire property, including the spots that might usually be covered up by furniture or appliances. Depending on the home, it can include carpet cleaning (we book this separately with our network and this is a separate cost), washing walls and baseboards, and other unique requests. Please note that special requests may have additional charges that can be discussed during your free consultation.

Contract/Frequency Cleaning Service

The price for cleaning your house depends on how often you hire us for services. If you have not had a house cleaner before and want to try it out or need a one-off clean, we suggest using the one-time house cleaning package. The final price for both one-time and regular house cleaning depends on the size of your home and your cleaning preferences. One-time services often involve special occasions based on specific needs, such as scrubbing floors or disinfecting bathrooms. If you are looking for Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning visits, then the Frequency package is for you. The frequency package usually consists of a yearly contract, and there are some savings with this option because the more we clean, the less time we will need to spend removing dust, dirt, and grime. Below are the estimated annual costs for contracted/frequency cleaning.
